Sorry about missing yesterday but I was very sick. Needless to say I had no problem with eating things I shouldn't.. well eating anything period. But I am up and moving today, did try and use the dumbells but not for long.
Tomorrow I hope to be back to my routine and work out regiment. Then Monday I start back to school, joy. Long story short, I thought I was done but I have to take some extra classes so I have 2 more semesters.
As fot my weight and picture, I haven't had a chance to put it on here yet. I am waiting for my husband to get home to take the picture, I would like to have an up to date one as possible to go along with this. Then I will take one every week, (hopefully on the same day of the week) and I can keep track of my progress.
